VIRTUAL RUN MECHANICS
Participating in the Earth Day Run 2025 Virtual Run offers the same excitement as a traditional race, with the added flexibility of running anytime, anywhere—whether on the road, a treadmill, or even in another country!
Registration
Register and set your category and goal. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Registration fees are shown below:
- For 21K, P2,000
- For 10K, P1,400
- For 5K, P1,200
Below are the race inclusions that you will be receiving;
- Singlet
- Reusable Collapsible Cup
- Finisher Medal
- E- Certificate
- Finisher Shirt (For 21k Category)
*Changing from Physical race to Virtual Race is not allowed and vice versa
Eligibility
Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified for each category. Moreover, participants are required to be physically fit and in good health.
- For 21K, participants must be 18 years and above
- For 10K, participants must be 16 years and above
- For 5K, participants must be 13 years and above
Run Duration
Using GPS-tracking apps, a smartwatch, or a treadmill, participants can run or walk anytime between April 27, 2025, and May 11, 2025 (a two-week period) to record their route and time. The virtual run offers flexibility, allowing participants to complete their race at their convenience within the designated period.
Results Submission
After completing the run, participants must submit the following information through the event’s website via the race platform strictly between April 27, 2025, and May 11, 2025 11:59PM (Philippine Time). Submissions made after these dates will not be valid.
- Screenshot of your route
- Photo of your dashboard
- Photo of the display on your fitness watch
Ensure that the submission includes the date, time, and distance. After validation, E-Certificate will be given to each finisher.
Note: Race accumulation results will not be honored. Submit only one (1) set of race details.
Shipping and Distribution
Shipping and distribution of race kits and entitlements will commence two weeks after the last day of result submission on May 11, 2025. Participants who successfully submitted their information will receive a confirmation email.
Details regarding shipping:
- Delivery fee for overseas participants will be shouldered by the runner.
- Additional charges such as Delivery fee, Processing fee, and Admin Fee apply.
